PDSA Pet Practice Services

PDSA Pet Practice Services practices offer a basic range of medical and surgical services for sick and injured pets.

Treatment is only available for those pet owners that are in receipt of Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit and who pre-register for PDSA PetAid services, before their pet falls sick or is injured. A donation towards the cost of treatment is also expected at each visit.

  • This service is offered to bona fide clients of Fenwold Vets only.
  • New clients must be registered for at least three calendar months before the registration process starts. Therefore, the scheme is not suitable for non-registered animals which suddenly become ill. Usual charges will apply to the treatment of these animals.
  • All pets on the scheme must have up-to-date vaccinations as PDSA funds should not be used to treat preventable diseases.
  • The Pet Practice Services scheme does not cover pets of holiday visitors who are registered with PDSA hospitals at home. Treatment of these pets will be chargeable in full.

PDSA Pet Practice Services is available from the Skegness and Mablethorpe branches, and for people living in the following postcodes: PE23, PE24, PE25, LN12 and LN13.

What is covered?

The service is restricted to companion animals kept in the home or in a hutch.

Only one pet per household is eligible and must be pre-registered.
